{"id":76460,"date":"2021-07-01T08:00:00","date_gmt":"2021-07-01T13:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.familytreedna.com\/?p=76460"},"modified":"2022-05-03T10:43:29","modified_gmt":"2022-05-03T15:43:29","slug":"the-new-familytreedna-help-center","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.familytreedna.com\/es\/the-new-familytreedna-help-center\/","title":{"rendered":"The New FamilyTreeDNA Help Center"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-out-with-the-old-learning-center-and-in-with-the-new-help-center\"><strong>Out With The Old Learning Center, And In With The New Help Center!<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Together with the <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.familytreedna.com\/?p=76354\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Family Finder Matching Updates<\/a>, and the <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.familytreedna.com\/improvements-to-the-y-dna-matches-page\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Y-DNA Matching Updates<\/a>, we\u2019ve also released a brand new learning center that will be referred to as the <a href=\"https:\/\/help.familytreedna.com\/hc\/en-us\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Help Center<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The full migration of the Learning Center to the new Help Center is set to be completed in September (2021).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-new-look\">The New Look<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The new <a href=\"https:\/\/help.familytreedna.com\/hc\/en-us\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FamilyTreeDNA Help Center<\/a> is easier to navigate and includes new and improved content and features. Stuck on a report and need some help? Click &#8220;Help&#8221; at the top right side of the page, then click &#8220;Help Center&#8221; to go to a page in the Help Center related to the topic you are having trouble with.
